What are the Service Rates?
Phone
There is no-charge for your brief, initial phone consultation.
An hourly rate of $70.00, prorated at 15-minute intervals, is in effect for existing clients needing technical assistance via phone.
e-mail
There is no-charge for your brief, initial e-mail consultation.
An hourly rate of $60.00, prorated at 30-minute intervals, is in effect for existing clients needing technical assistance via e-mail.
In Home
An hourly rate of $80.00, prorated in half-hour increments after the first hour, is in effect for in home visits. New clients receive a special one-time $10.00 discount applied to the very 1st visit charge, i.e. $70.00 for the 1st hour of the 1st visit.
An hourly rate of $60.00, with a 1-hour minimum, is in effect for travel outside Quechee.
Charged for on an as-needed basis.
Credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted.
Payment is expected at the time service is provided.
