Who am I? |
My name is Donald Main. Originally from Ireland, I now live in Quechee, VT.
For many decades, my family, friends, and co-workers have relied on my technical skills, which gave me the idea for this business. I have spent countless hours inside homes, helping install and troubleshoot computers, set up TVs, connect cable or satellite systems, hook up stereo Hi-Fi systems, etc. This kind of work is second nature to me. I get great satisfaction from both the process and a positive end result. | |

These are some of the qualities you can expect in me.
Perhaps growing up in a multi-faceted family business in Ireland gave me the work ethic and experience needed to be in this business. One minute I'd be wiring a door bell, and the next minute I'd be operating the local telephone exchange or repairing the plug (power cord) to a radio.
I have always been a patient person, though maybe my many visits to Greece helped. One of my favorite Greek sayings is "Siga, siga" (translation: slowly, slowly or, all in good time), which is definitely my motto. I imagine my practice of Christian Meditation helps in this area, too. These traits are equally balanced by a keen Irish sense of "waste not, want not," as in, I will not waste your time. I work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Oh, and I do clean up after myself, too!
All this to say, the technology issue that's driving you crazy won't frazzle me. I'll likely find it a welcome challenge and you'll likely be glad you contacted me.
